A CHALLENGE is being thrown out to the young men of St James to get on board with a clean-up campaign for the St James community.

It is coming from chairman of the St James South Constituency Council, Tyrone Lowe, who has proposed to help keep the streets of the constituency clean.

Lowe was speaking to the SUNDAY SUN yesterday during a collaborative effort between his constituency office and the St James Parish Independence Committee who worked to clean the once bushy street along Thorpes Main Road.

“I would like to make an appeal. I think there is good opportunity for young men and persons in the area to almost form a clean-up crew and be maintained by the council,” Lowe said. (AD)
