CHELSEA TUACH will be heading to the United States and Europe as she seeks more surfing glory over the next three months.
She is fresh from flying the national flag high in Australia, Brazil, Fiji, Mexico and El Salvador over the past five months, on the World Surf League’s (WSL) World Championship Tour.
Tuach’s next event is the Paul Mitchell Supergirl Pro at Oceanside, California, later this month.
“Competing against the 17 best female professional surfers on the World Championship Tour has been an amazing, yet humbling experience,” Tuach said on her return home this week for a short three-week mid-season break.
The WSL Tour is reserved for the top 17 ranked women and top 34 men in the world and Tuach was Barbados’ first and only competitor.
