Greenidge charged

THE 21-YEAR-OLD who was held while attempting to carry a loaded gun onto the compound of the District A Magistrates Courts has been formally charged.

Shaquille Rachid Greenidge of Tudor Bridge, St Michael has been charged with unlawful possession of a firearm, illegal possession of ammunition, assaulting a Government Security Guard on June 16.

He is also facing charges of illegal possession of cannabis from a previous case and assaulting a Prison Officer.

Greenidge is to appear at the District A Magistrates Court on June 18. (PR/SAT)
