TWO BROTHERS snatched from a life of captivity with their father have been confined to the Psychiatric Hospital for the last two months.

And their fate has left relatives and the community where the two once lived torn up.

Authorities removed Bentley Webster’s children from his care on March 16, after police moved in and found his oldest child locked in a room. The younger son reportedly broke the chains that kept him restrained that Wednesday morning and sought help from neighbours, who took him to the nearby District “A” Police Station. Their younger sister was at school at the time.

WEEKEND NATION’S investigations have revealed that the 14-year-old girl, who was placed in the custody of the Child Care Board the same day, is back at the father’s Bank Hall, St Michael home. Up to yesterday the two brothers were still patients at the Psychiatric Hospital.
