PREMIER LEAGUE neighbours Claytons Kola Tonic Notre Dame and Brittons Hill had contrasting passages to the quarter-finals of the Banks Beer Champions Cup after their round of 16 victories on Sunday night at the Barbados Football Association’s (BFA) Wildey Astroturf.

Notre Dame dismissed Division 2 unit Potential Ballers 3-0, while Brittons Hill edged the lads from Porey Springs 2-1.

The Dames have experienced a very tough first round in the Premiership but they showed no signs of that on the night as they seemed very dominant against their lower ranked opponents.

Despite creating several opportunities, Notre Dame did not get on the score sheet until the 64th minute, compliments of a Zeco Edmee goal from close range. (ROG)
