Brathwaite raps DLP for poor PR

A SENIOR MEMBER of Government has admitted that the ruling Democratic Labour Party (DLP) often gets its public relations wrong.

Attorney General Adriel Brathwaite highlighted as examples, the current water shortage and fight the party has “picked with” the Nation Publishing Company.

In fact, Brathwaite, MP for St Philip South, contended that the NATION had not forgiven the DLP and this was often reflected in its coverage of certain issues.

Speaking last Sunday at his constituency branch meeting at Belair, Brathwaite told party faithful the Dems sometimes allowed others to set the agenda and then the party was left to play catch-up.
