Teen’s eyes fixed on football game

THOUGH she’s just 15 years old, she has already put up a resistance to anything that would try to derail the pursuit of her dream.

Dressed in a neon orange T-shirt with the acronym FIFA imprinted boldly on the right side, Jaselle Louison reminisces on football being her only love for as long as she can remember.

Sitting in the living room of her Warrens, St Thomas home, proud parents Andrew and Kathleen looked on as Louison told WEEKENDSPORT that from young she had decided to follow in her father’s footsteps, hanging on at every football game.

“I grew up around football. When I was younger I used to go to matches with him,” she said.
