THERE ARE REPORTS that householders in some parishes, especially in the north, are being affected by an electrical blackout.
Some are saying the outage is affecting the water supply in St James.
A caller from St Thomas said however that while his water supply is intact, he has been in darkness since 8 p.m. (JS)
