BARBADOS DEFENCE FORCE Sports Programme (BDFSP) went on a run spree to maintain their exemplary run in the Sagicor General Super Cup by rolling over ESA Field Pickwick by 144 runs in their final round match at Paragon yesterday.

In marching to their eighth win in nine matches, BDFSP plundered 383 for three with Kemar Smith slamming 157 from 125 balls. His innings was decorated with 12 fours and eight sixes. Renaldo Brathwaite missed out on a hundred as he fell for 92. Marlon Welcome-Goodman lashed 69 not out off 31 balls.

Pickwick never challenged the total and were restricted to 239. Half-centuries by Jamar Phillips and Jade Padmore were not enough to raise any alarms. Jameel Stuart collected five for 44 in the one-sided affair.

AT CHURCH HILL: Former Barbados Under-19 wicketkeeper/batsman Carlos Maynard cracked a superlative unbeaten century to lead Caribbean Alliance Akobah Gardens Foundation to an exciting three-wicket win in a high-scoring match against Massy United Insurance Wildey.
