BRIDGETOWN – Trinidad and Tobago Red Force, replying to Barbados Pride’s first innings total of exactly 300 in 117.3 overs, were 153 for five off 62 overs at the close of play on second day of their second round regional Professional Cricket League first-class match at Kensington Oval here Saturday.
The not out batsmen are Yannick Ottley and wicket-keeper Steven Katwaroo on 26 and 27 runs respectively.
Barbadian batsman Kyle Hope, in his first season with the Red Force franchise, has so far top-scored with 45 for the visitors before he was trapped leg before wicket by pacer Miguel Cummins.
Apart from Hope, the other batsmen dismissed were openers Evin Lewis (24) and Kjorn Ottley (18), and left-handers Narsingh Deonarine (5) and Yannic Cariah (5).
Seam bowler Kevin Stoute has been the most successful bowler for the Barbados Pride with two for 25 in 13 overs while there has been a wicket each for Cummins (1-38), fast bowler Kemar Roach (1-29) and left-arm spinner Jomel Warrican (1-30). (EZS)
