Residents of Merricks, St Philip and officials of Bayley’s Primary School are annoyed with the National Sports Council (NSC) over the inability to use the sports pavilion located behind the school.
Winfield Forde, physical education teacher at the school, said he requested use of the facilities for a recent match in the Herman Griffith Cricket Primary School Competition.
“The facilities can only be used during school hours. However, this is a Sports Council match and I believe the caretaker should have been given a fixture to know what times we would need access to the facilities.
