HEALING HERBS: Soursop the cooling formula

CAN YOU TRANSFER seething anger?

Last week a gentleman communicated a story which he heard about me. When he concluded the story, my higher self understood why he felt compelled to relate the story. It was a case of intelligent but angry people creating and circulating gossip because of anger and fear.

Moreover, being spiritually in tune I immediately recognised the seething anger the authors of the negative script were attempting to consume me with.

Whenever people deliver gossip, do not focus on the message. Instead, focus on the negative emotions entwined or camouflaged in the message. I felt the anger behind the delivered message and knew that the persons who had created it were angry persons seeking to make me unhappy.

I cast that anger out and rejoiced. Anger is a very powerful emotion and if used incorrectly, can make us extremely sick.

Www.naturalhealthontheweb.com revealed: “If anger is not managed well, these supposedly normal reactions (flight and fight) will overreact and will cause health problems, some of which are: headache, digestion problems, insomnia, anxiety, depression, high blood pressure, heart attack and stroke.”

In the case of insomnia, the website said: “Anger is a reaction to perceived danger, similar to fear. When there is perceived danger, the body will be in alert level. If this happens, the mind is always active to protect the body from any threats. This causes the person to stay awake all night, depriving him of the necessary rest and sleep.” Remember insomnia can lead to depression.

When I am faced with environmental gossip which can cause anger, I normally do the following:

(1) Keep a mental list of the known gossipers and mischievous people and avoid them.

(2) Stay focused on my purpose and aspirations for being on this planet.

(3) Study emotions and energies so that I can attach myself to positive persons.

(4) Keep the body calm by drinking silent doctor soursop leaf and mint tea.

(5) Use ice cold lemonade fused with ginger and nutmeg to relax the body.

(6) I soak my feet in Epsom salt and bay leaf.

(7) Have bush baths with lemon grass, khus khus grass, neem and bay leaf to keep insomnia from attacking me.

If a situation makes me angry, I try not to transfer the anger to others.
