Second defeat for Barbados at Netball Worlds

BARBADOS SUFFERED a second heavy defeat at the 2015 Netball World Cup, this time against World No. 1 Australia.

Playing at the Allphones Arena, Barbados were soundly whipped 83-16 by Australia.

The Gems are now 0-2 after losing 73-28 to New Zealand in the opening match and will play Trinidad and Tobago in the final pool match.

T&T are also 0-2 after losing 74-30 to New Zealand, while Jamaica suffered a psychological blow, going down 54-50 to England. (SAT)
