THE MINISTRY of Transport and Works is currently undertaking construction work along Nursery Drive, St Michael.

Work is expected to last for three weeks, and the road will be impassable.

Provision will be made for limited access to the John Beckles Day Nursery. During this period, PSVs will not be able to enter or exit via Nursery Drive.

As a result, all PSVs originating from the River Terminal will now enter the terminal by turning left off St Michael’s Row at the L. E. Smith Funeral Home.

On leaving the terminal, all PSVs will proceed through Hardwood Alley, on to St Michael’s Row, to Fairchild Street and on to River Road, St Michael.

According to the destination, PSVs will then either turn left on to John Beckles Drive or bear right and proceed on to the roundabout at Lower Collymore Rock.

The public is reminded that parking is prohibited within the River Terminal and along Hardwood Alley. (Transport Authority/BGIS)
