SECRETARY GENERAL of the Commonwealth Kamalesh Sharma is in Barbados for this year’s CARICOM Heads of Government Conference.
Sharma arrived at the Grantley Adams International Airport on board a Caribbean Airlines flight last night accompanied by a three-member entourage
During a brief address to members of the local Press, Sharma said he was looking forward to speaking to the heads about the many initiatives to be offered by the Commonwealth, which might be of interest to them.
The meeting will be held from Thursday through Saturday at the Hilton Barbados. (YB)
