THE INSTALLATION of new water mains across the island is continuing as the Barbados Water Authority moves to ensure the supply of this precious resource is protected and sustained.

Lears, St Michael, is one of the locations where pipe-laying is taking place.

Last week, contractor Infra Incorporated continued work in in the area, which is mainly residential and a major artery connecting rural and urban Barbados.
