RUNNING for Rio!

That’s the projection for the six-member Barbados team going to the World Relay Championships in the Bahamas this weekend.

Barbados will be represented by Levi Cadogan, Nicholas Deshong, Mario Burke, Fallon Forde, Greggmar Swift and Ramon Gittens.

A finish in the top eight will gain Barbados an automatic place in the 4×100 metres relay at next year’s Olympics in Brazil and a finish in the top 24 guarantees a place at this year’s World Championships in China.
