Chris Gayle may not be in the West Indies team right now. And he may not be in it for a while.
But the enigmatic opening batsman from Jamaica was up front and centre at Sabina Park in Jamaica yesterday.
And once again, he drew all the attention.
Dressed in a fluorescent green armless shirt and a matching capri pants and sunglasses, Gayle, also sporting a throwback 1970s afro hairstyle, got the constant attention in the stands that he also gets on the pitch.
Just two days after meeting with West Indies Cricket Board top brass regarding his future with the West Indies team, Gayle was all smiles, all day, as he pranced around the stands chatting with fans.
Here, Gayle (in sunglasses) is all smiles, high-fiving Marlon Samuels after yesterday’s victory.
