THE?National Cultural Foundation (NCF) is making early preparations for the Crop Over activities on Spring Garden Highway.
Yesterday, workmen descended on the enclosed pasture on the highway and started erecting several of the pre-built stalls for vendors to ply their trade, despite the overcast skies.
The NCF?usually reserves 300 stall spaces, which are grabbed up by vendors as soon as the festival season begins. Vendors use the festival as a great opportunity to market their art and craft, clothing, jewellery and food.
