Four of the ten people detained at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital (QEH) after arriving on a Caribbean Airways flight from Jamaica last Wednesday have been charged with drug possession.
Twenty-year-old Gregory DaSantos of Fairy Valley, Christ Church, who allegedly passed out more than 150 packages of marijuana, will appear in the District “B” Magistrates’ Court today to answer the charge.
Also due to appear at the same court today are Jamaicans DeShawn Campbell, 35 (charged in connection with more than 40 packages), Christopher Jarrett, 33 (charged with having more than ten packages) and Casavia Walker, 36 (accused of having more than 80 packages).
