The judicial manager of CLICO International LifeInsurance Ltd, DeloitteConsulting, which isrepresented by Oliver Jordan and Patrick Toppin, has recommended five restructuring options to the governments of Barbados and the Eastern Caribbean.
Four of the suggestions would result in individual policyholders being guaranteed the full valueof their policies if thegovernments agree to invest capital towards the creation of a new company.
