Purple House swept both the boys’ and girls’ titles en route to winning their fourth successive crown at the Queen’s College Inter-House Swimming Championships today at the Aquatic Centre.
Boasting a number of national and age group champions in their line-up, Purple took the girls’ title with 306 and another 239 from the boys for an unassailable total of 545 points, slightly down from last year.
Red House, who were in cellar position in 2010, made a big leap to take second place with 358 points, followed by Yellow on 233 and Blue with 223. Orange were fifth with 167 points and Green brought up the rear with 125. (SAT)
