Ri-Ri ‘under health watch’

LONDON – Rihanna is reportedly under a 24-hour health watch after she supposedly had a backstage meltdown that nearly resulted in a cancelled show on November 25 in Ireland, according to news reports.
According to The Mirror newspaper, the Barbadian superstar’s record label has given her around-the-clock surveillance and even issued her with a curfew after the allegedly meltdown.
She was forced to cancel her Stockholm show due to feeling ill and it seems her management don’t want to risk disappointing fans again, so they are taking extra special care to ensure she stays well.
The 23-year-old singer, who this past week was nominated for four Grammy Awards, is on a ten-month, 101-day tour, so perhaps it’s no wonder she’s exhausted.
After the performance that was supposedly close to being cancelled, Rihanna told fans on Twitter that she was “so light-headed!”.
Meantime, she is now sporting a new hairstyle, and had it fully ‘aglow’ during her concert at London’s O2 Arena Friday night, part of the ongoing LOUD tour.
She took to the stage with a new blonde bob and appeared to love her new look.
She first unveiled her lighter hair Thursday daytime when she ventured to Dalston to shoot her new music video for the upcoming single You Da One.
But rather than switch back to her dark hair, Rihanna decided that blondes have more fun and entertained her fans in the chin-length wig.
Her on-the-road lifestyle will come to an end a few days before Christmas when she will finish the tour, which began in the United States in June, with another three shows at the O2 Arena on December 20, 21 and 22. (Mail Online/BW)
