Members of the executive of the Parent Teachers’ Association of the Alexandra School are locked in a meeting with Minister of Education Ronald Jones.
The meeting, which started approximately around 4:30 p.m,. is being held at the office of the Ministry of Education.
Parents are pushing for a resolution to this ongoing dispute between principal Jeff Broomes and 30 teachers from the St Peter school who are being represented by the Barbados Secondary Teachers’ Union. The aim of the parents is to get teachers back into the classroom.
