No med school clash, says Jones

THE AMERICAN UNIVERSITY OF BARBADOS’ SCHOOL OF MEDICINE will in no way conflict or compete with similar facilities of the University of the West Indies.
That assurance was given yesterday by Minister of Education and Human Resource Development Ronald Jones.
The teaching facility, the first of its kind in Barbados related to education tourism, is expected to attract about 400 international students by 2015.
Prime Minister Freundel Stuart yesterday cut the ribbon to officially declare the school’s headquarters at Wildey open.
