Twin power

It isn’t often that you get twins in the same race battling neck and neck for honours.
The Alleyne School Powerade-sponsored inter-house athletics meet provided the unique occasion at the National Stadium yesterday.
Mikael McFarlane (left), competing for Red House, and his twin brother Michael McFarlane of Blue House came down the home stretch in the Under-13 Boys’ 800 metres with little separating them.
While they had to settle for second and third places, their exciting duel was one of the highlights of the day.
