Royal unity dance

Yesterday saw the amalgamation of the RBTT Bank and the RBC Royal Banks in Barbados.
They now operate as a single entity, RBC Royal Bank [Barbados] Limited.
There was a show-stopping event at the bank’s branch on Lower Broad Street where staff, joined by a tuk band, took to the street just after 1:15 p.m. for a presentation which lasted approximately 15 minutes.
It was the formal unveiling of the RBC brand and the ceremonial welcoming by RBC staff of their RBTT counterparts.
The exchange of flags by the staff in a line dance-style presentation symbolizing the formation of a unified bank, was witnessed by onlookers who applauded the effort.
