Today’s story in the Weekend Nation which recounts Lynnette Stoute’s heroic efforts to save her three children from their burning home has our online readers buzzing. While readers were saddened to learn that she received degree burns over 83 per cent of her body and is now fighting for her life, many praised her bravery.  Here are some of their comments.
Ali Mayers: Tragic but heroic a mother’s love for her children. I would’ve done the same for my children. I pray that God heals her and her family so she can be with her children again.
Shani Asaka: Now that is a mother, THAT IS A MOTHER!
Devaron Bruce: Beautiful story, yet tragic.
Miranda Douglas: A mother would do anything to protect her children.
Conchita Moseley: A mother’s love for her children. I would do the same to save my children. I sincerely hopes she survives.
Sophia Mayers-Jones: Now that’s a true meaning of a mother’s love for her kids.
