Embracing the ‘Last Supper

THE?BIBLICAL?Last Supper is an event which is celebrated this season (Matthew 26:17-30).
My “last supper” approach entails the 95 per cent inclusion of silent doctors in our daily meals. Further, Matthew 26:29 reads, “But I say unto you, I will not drink henceforth of this fruit of the vine until that day when I drink new with you in my Father’s kingdom.”
We were also told in Genesis 1:29, “I give you every seed-bearing plant on the face of the whole earth and every tree that has fruit with seed in it. They will be yours for food.”
As an herbal educator and a trained food and nutrition teacher, I write to inform you how to use those verses to assist with adopting a fresh or modified health plan for better health.
In particular, Livestrong.com revealed that the ten foods which increase cancer risk are sugar-sweetened soft drinks and juices, fried foods such as potato chips, alcohol consumption, charred meat and red meats, snack and pickled foods, doughnuts, cured meats such as hot dogs and bacon, and farmed fish.
If your meals are crammed full of these and other unholistic foods, it isbest to eliminate them and embrace the last supper approach.
The process entails an investigation and reducing the consumption of unholistic foods. The investigation will reveal why the listed foods should not dominate your meals, thus curtailing a betrayal of the body. Instead, focus on the new kingdom and resurrect your meals with a more conscious process.
In this new consciousness, silent doctors will be the essence of your ascension. This new ascension will open the floodgates of self- and nutritional knowledge.
This month as we focus on the last supper approach and silent doctors, I will provide a list of recipes, teas and remedies for cleansing, transformation and healing.
This week the silent doctors for sexual boosting are almonds, garlic, watermelons, strawberries and eggplant – or blend two cups coconut water, ½ stalk chopped celery, ½ banana, ¼ tsp ginger, ¼ cup avocado, pinch cayenne pepper, and two medium Mediterranean figs.
Silent doctors against cancer: rosemary, lemon, turmeric, soursop, bush tea, broccoli, ginger, flax seeds, garlic, mustard greens, green juices, cabbage, dog-dumpling juice, and avocado.
My last supper approach is dynamic – I continue to give thanks in remembrance of when I embraced it.
When my body faced its own type of crucifixion and my last supper as the “old me” meant eliminating unholistic approaches, my personal ascension became evident.
I implore you, consume more silent doctors, whether herbal plants, fruit or vegetables.
