Competition in the pharmaceutical distribution sector is set to pick up with the imminent launch of Armstrong Health Care Inc.
The new company, scheduled to begin operations next Monday, is a joint venture between Armstrong Agencies Ltd and Bryden Pi Ltd, the Trinidad and Tobago parent company of Lasco (Barbados) Ltd.
The announcement was made yesterday by sales and marketing director Andy Armstrong during an interview with the DAILY NATION at the company’s Lower Estate, St Michael office.
He revealed that Armstrong Agencies was the majority shareholder in the new venture, while Bryden Pi would hold minority shares. (NB)
