A WEEKLY interactive cooking demonstration with chef Marco Festini using local produce is proving to be a big hit with guests at The House resort property in Paynes Bay.
Festini, of Daphne’s, said the Friday event is so popular that some sessions see more than 30 guests participating.
“We spend approximately two hours with them, teaching how to make simple and tasty meals that will impress. This is an activity they wouldn’t normally have the chance to do while on holiday, so it is something they really take to.
“We make the sessions as interesting as possible, teaching new and exciting ways to prepare dishes. The guests also get to volunteer and assist in making the meals and they love this aspect as they get hands-on with what is being prepared,” the chef said. (PR)
