KINGSTOWN – Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of a man whose body was found floating at sea.
According to I-Witness News, the body of 46-year-old Paul Williams of New Montrose was discovered floating in waters off the Reclamation Site, Kingstown, about 6:30 a.m. on Sunday.
A post-mortem is to be conducted on the body, which, an eyewitness told the media house, had injuries to the head. (SAT)
