Precision Packaging workers strike

THE ENTIRE MORNING shift of workers at Precision Packaging Inc. walked off the job today.

The approximately 18 workers at the Lower Estate, St Michael business declined to say the reason behind the action but noted that the Barbados Workers’ Union would speak on their behalf.

Precision Packaging is a manufacturer of plastic items including the plastic bags used by most major retailers on the island. (GE)
