‘No strings attached’ to offer

THE WEALTHY BRITISH INVESTORS who are offering to help Barbados raise up to US$1 billion in a sovereign bond on the international market say there are no strings attached.

Andrew Stewart, a securities expert and multimillionaire investor, and his business partner Stuart Fordham, who have made the proposal to Government, said they had no intention of trying to influence the administration.
