THE DELAY in owners taking possession of 120 empty houses in Parish Land, St Philip, has to do with changes to the project’s sewerage system.

But the problem should soon be rectified.

Minister of the Environment Dr Denis Lowe gave the DAILY NATION this explanation and assurance yesterday.

He was commenting on Minister of Housing and Lands Denis Kellman’s charge that the blame for the delay in completion of the project that started more than four years ago, rested squarely with the Ministry of the Environment.
