RAIN CONTINUES TO FOLLOW Barbados Pride on their 2015 WICB Professional Cricket League campaign.

Today, the match was abandoned without a ball being bowled at the National Cricket Centre in Couva, Trinidad where the Pride were scheduled to play Combined Campuses and Colleges in the NAGICO Super50 tournament.

The outfield was wet at the scheduled 9 a.m. start of the first round match, and after several inspections, umpires Joel Wilson and Nigel Duguid called off the match.

Rain affected the Barbados Pride’s 4Day matches against Trinidad and Tobago and Jamaica last year.

The match between Windward Islands Volcanoes and Guyana Jaguars got underway on time at the Queen’s Park Oval. (SAT)
