Fired up Yolanda

Grammy award winning singer Yolanda Adams showed why she is regarded as one of the most dynamic vocalists in gospel music with an outstanding performance on Saturday night at the Wildey Gymnasium.

She delivered some of her most powerful songs of praise and reverence as she flowed between ministering in song and in Word to the modest crowd that clung to her every utterance during the first night of the Queens Of Gospel Concert.

Adams, in her 45-minute presentation, opened with Since The Last Time I Saw You and in an uncompromising message, beseeched those in attendance to press forward and live in the moment rather than hanging on to the past and to things that God had already forgiven.
