CHELSEA TUACH continues to fly the Barbados flag high on the international surfing stage.

Competing at the Corona Pro in Puerto Rico last week, she finished second overall and copped the O’Neill Top Performance Award for amassing the highest heat total among the women – 16.27 points out of a possible 20.

Tuach dominated her heats on the way to the final but narrowly missed the top spot to Quincy Davis of the United States.

One day after the Puerto Rico event, Tuach was training at Cocoa Beach for the World Surf League Junior Pro which started on Friday and ended yesterday.

She went into the event as the top-ranked junior female on the WSL Junior circuit. (PR/EZS)
