CHILDREN in Barbados who donate a book, toy or foodstuff next week to help the less fortunate in their communities, will be rewarded with a scoop of ice cream.

This initiative, called Each One Reach One, is a joint venture between BICOLtd and the Kiwanis Club of Bridgetown. It takes place on July 3 and 4 at the car park of Massy SuperCentre in Warrens, St Michael.

Representatives from the two organisations will be on location in a Bico ice cream van to serve children as they make their donations in marked bins.
