“I BLAME the Child Care Board (CCB)!”

That was the anguished cry from grandmother Margaret Gill over the death of her six-year-old grandson Jahan King on Sunday at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital (QEH).

Gill, 52, a mother of seven, said she had taken the child to the CCB after the discovery of bruises and severe injuries on his body, and that she had pleaded with officials there to remove him from where he was living, but no action was taken.
