GOVERNOR OF THE CENTRAL BANK Dr Delisle Worrell escaped injury yesterday after his vehicle caught fire.
Worrell’s 1986 mini cooper was destroyed by the fire at Farley Hill, St Peter at about midday.
Leading fire officer Henderson Maynard and two fire tenders from the St James station responded to the blaze but by then the vehicle was engulfed.
