AS a young boy, Dwight Auguste was on a deadly and destructive path. He was spending a lot of his days and nights on the block. At 15 years old, while in third form at Foundation School, he was expelled after persistent reckless and deviant behaviour.
He left the school without any Caribbean Examinations Council (CXC) passes.
That was then.
Today, Auguste, 35, has turned his life around and is now travelling on a totally different path.
A strong love for God, support from those in his church and the persistence of his long- time friend Dwayne Howard are responsible for his turnaround.
Auguste, also known as “Millitant Man”, was featured in a recent video that was viewed by thousands online, where he prayed fervently for residents in the New Orleans community.
