ONE NON-PROFIT organisation is taking Barbadian youth under its wings.
Speaking at a church service held at Kingdom Life Ministries in Farm Road, St Peter yesterday, founder and director of the Soar With Eagles Foundation, Jelissa Edwards, said the group was geared towards the spiritual and social development of young people.
Edwards, who said she was surrounded by negative influences such as ‘block culture’ during her childhood, stressed it was important for young people to be taught about love and God’s grace.
