IN THE MIDST of a hostile takeover bid for Banks Holdings Limited (BHL), two members of the BHL board of directors have resigned.
MIDWEEK NATION investigations have uncovered that Trinidadian businessman Dominic George Hadeed, the chairman of BWPL Holdings Limited, which produces Blue Waters drink products, quit the board on Friday.

Hadeed had received special mention in BHL directors’ circular issued to shareholders over the weekend when it was revealed that he had traded $1.76 million in BHL shares over the past six months.
