FORMER PRIME MINISTER Owen Arthur is getting the thumbs up from the man he could replace as one of the chief economic advisors to the Freundel Stuart administration.

Sir Frank Alleyne, the outgoing head of Government’s Council of Economic Advisors, told the DAILY NATION the former prime minister and leader of the Opposition would be the perfect replacement.
