THE HOLDERS OF the new Globe Finance and Barbados Association of Retired Persons (BARP) credit card will have little to fear about its security.
This morning managing director of Globe Finance Ron Davis said the card had chip and pin technology which provided increased security against fraud and counterfeit copying of the credit cards.
In November last year, the two companies teamed up to offer BARP members the credit card.
However, after overwhelming requests, the card is now being extended to relatives of BARP members even if they are not 50 years old. (LK)
