PRICESMART IS PACKED with shoppers, most of whom have trolleys laden with foodstuffs, cakes and salt breads.
More than 200 people were waiting patiently for the doors to open at 9:30 a.m. and when they did, they rushed in.
So heavy was the influx that an employee looking on said “today is going to be hell”.
Customers are lined up more than 25 metres from the cashier, but the lines are moving efficiently. (SP)
