It was a day of remembrance and reflection at the Ebenezer Methodist Church in St Philip yesterday.
Members of the congregation, who included worshippers from the Methodists’ four circuits, came together to pay tribute to their loved ones who passed away recently and over the years.
Angela Phillips, mother of car crash victim Carey Brathwaite, was in attendance.
Brathwaite was a passenger in the horrific accident on Two Mile Hill, St Michael, last October 25 in which three others died. During the service, Reverend Arlette Waterman urged Barbadians to get back to God and call on Him to help fight the challenges and burdens they were facing on a daily basis.
