BARBADIANS started their Crop Over celebrations early by taking part in Carnival in Trinidad yesterday and Monday. Living up to Barbados’ 2015 Party Monarch winner Peter Ram’s tune All Ah We, Bajans flew into Trinidad to take part in one of the biggest carnivals in the Caribbean.

It was colours in motion as clean fun was had by the thousands of half naked revellers who flooded the roads, and flags from Jamaica, St Lucia, St Vincent and the Grendadines, among others, competed with Trinidad and Tobago’s flag.

The Socadome was where Tribe, Bliss, Fantsay, Yuma Vibe, K2K among others showed off their creativity, before hitting the strets of Port of Spain to chip down the road to soca pulsating through massive speakers on music trucks.

A good time was had by all for the climactic end to the Carnival season in Trinidad and Tobago.
