Man collapses and dies in Bus Terminal

A MAN COLLAPSED and died in the Fairchild Street Bus Terminal earlier this evening.

Eyewitnesses told NATION Online the man entered the terminal from the River Road, St Michael entrance and was walking towards the exit at Bridge Street when he collapsed.

A guard on duty called the Emergency Ambulance Service, but eyewitnesses say it was about 30 minutes before one arrived.

The man, who was carrying a brown bag and wearing a red cap, is lying partially covered on the floor in The City terminal. (BN)
